Best for forms and non-urgent follow-up. We’ll move anything clinical into our secure system.
Typical response times: Same business day for texts/emails received before 3 PM; next business day after 3 PM or on weekends/holidays. Urgent issues—please call.

How to Refer
Use our secure referral form or send through your preferred system. We confirm receipt within one business day.
What We Send Back
Diagnosis, treatment rendered, recommendations, and images/CBCT when applicable—delivered securely.
Direct Access
Need to coordinate a case? Call the office and ask for the on-call specialist. We’ll connect you same day when possible.
Urgent Pathway
Severe pain, swelling, or trauma—call and mark as urgent. We prioritize same-day evaluation whenever possible.
